Building Workers Rally

Westchester Building Workers rally for fair contract in downtown White Plains.

Bill Gaynor, left, of the Bronx participates in rally.  With less than two weeks until their contract expires, hundreds of apartment building workers in Hudson Valley, along with elected officials and supporters,  march and rally through White Plains to demand a fair contract from their employers. The contract, which covers superintendents, janitors, handymen, porters, doormen and elevator operators working at apartment buildings throughout Westchester and Rockland Counties.
